Returns & Refunds
Unsuitable items may be returned for refund or exchange within 10 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:
- Goods should be returned complete, unused and in their original condition.
- Any items that have been ordered or manufactured to your specification cannot be returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Please ensure that you enclose the sender’s name, address and your order reference number along with the reason for your return.
- You, the customer, are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
- Please ensure you obtain proof of postage in-case the item is lost in transit as you may need this to claim against the carrier. BMC Competitions Department Ltd, cannot be responsible for returned items that are not delivered.
If you, the customer, incur any labour charges during fitment and/or removal of an allegedly faulty item or incorrectly supplied part, BMC Competitions Department ltd, cannot be responsible for these costs.
